What is the size of the skateboard decks?
How do I hang my skateboard deck?
Each skateboard deck will come with 2 wall mounts and screws. If you order three decks then it will come with 6 wall mounts and screws. Our skateboards don't come with grip tape, wheels, and bearings. Please visit our How To Hang page for a video tutorial.
What is the skateboard deck made of?
All of our skateboards are made with 100% Canadian Maple wood from certified sustainable forests with 7 ply construction. We work exclusively with Grade A Maple from certified sustainable forests in Canada. We print them in Colorado with love by using unique Digital Heat Transfer process.
Can I ride my skateboard deck?
Yes, absolutely. Just add wheels and skate it instead. Please note grip tape, wheels, and bearings aren't included.
Are there hanging restrictions?
Direct exposure to sunlight might result in discoloration and damage to your skateboard deck. To avoid this, we strongly suggest hanging your skateboard deck away from direct natural light.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. If you decide to use PayPal or Amazon Pay, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
Where is my refund?
We don't offer refunds since it is a made-to-order product but under certain circumstances, we will offer a refund. We aim to process refunds within three to five days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
Is my online order secure?
When purchasing on our website using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card processor. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@freshskatedecks.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.
How do I cancel or change my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to change or cancel your order at hello@freshskatedecks.com. After 2 hours of placing your order, it will be difficult to cancel or change your order because it will be in production since all orders are made to order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within 2 to 5 days. All orders require 1 to 3 days to process. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14-21 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most regions worldwide through DHL International. All items will take about 1 to 3 days to process. International orders will take 14-21 days for shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. If your order value is more than $100, we provide free shipping within the U.S. All International orders will be $19.99 per order.

All of our orders are produced and shipped from Colorado.
What if my item is missing or item didn't arrive?
Sometimes an item is missing from a customer's order when it is delivered or the item didn't arrive. If this is our mistake we will correct it asap and send out the missing items right away with a new tracking number. If the item wasn't delivered through our delivery providers we will investigate what happened and correct the situation right away. Please email us at hello@freshskatedecks right away if this happens to you.
Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been shipped. We aim to ship our products within 1 to 3 days after the order is placed on our website. Please contact us right away if you're order hasn't been shipped via email at hello@freshskatedecks.com.

We don't offer returns or exchanges since each product is made to order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please take a picture within 48 hours and email us at hello@freshskatedecks.com. We stand behind our products 100%. We will then provide you with the next steps and get you a new product right away.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team via hello@freshskatedecks.com. We don't provide refunds since each order is made to order but under certain circumstances, we will refund your product. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item if it isn't our fault.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hello@freshskatedecks.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three to five days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
