Estimated times are as follows: 
Production time: 1 - 3 business days 
Delivery time USA: 2 - 5 business days 
Delivery time international: 14 - 21 business days

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL USA ORDERS!

To edit or change your order. You have 2 hours from the time it was placed. All products are made to order. Production of your product starts after your order is placed. All requests after the 2 hour period will be case by case. Your order can be refunded for a full refund within 2 hours of the order being placed.

All cancellations must be made within 2 hours of initial purchase. You must contact us within the first 2 hours, Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 2 hours after a purchase.

Due to the nature our our custom products, every order is "made to order". Your product starts the manufacturing process 2 hours after you place your order.  Please contact us right away via email at hello@freshskatedecks.com.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
